Leo, a fun-loving boy with autism who adores numbers and playing with others, doesn't take kindly to bullying. Despite his disability, Leo has always loved basketball, even though it wasn't his strong suit. He lacked the focus needed to join a team. Frequently picked on at school and elsewhere, Leo came home one day after a particularly bad day, went straight to his room, and lay on his bed in tears. Suddenly, his closet door began to open by itself, startling Leo. A ball rolled out and stopped at his feet. This was no ordinary ball—it spoke to Leo, telling him they were about to embark on incredible adventures. The Bully Ball explained that it was his magical companion, and together they would become superheroes, putting an end to bullying worldwide. The Bully Ball assured Leo that he would become "Leo The Great!"
